How Bidly works
Bidly watches official tender and grant portals for you, scores every notice against your company profile, and gives you a clear bid or no-bid recommendation. Setup takes a few minutes.
1. Create your company profile
Describe what your company does, the countries you can deliver in, your keywords and CPV codes, the contract value range you want, and your typical cost of preparing a bid. The radar uses all of it to rank opportunities.
2. Daily automatic scanning
Every day Bidly pulls new notices from official sources — TED for the European Union and Grants.gov for United States federal grants. You can also trigger a scan at any time with the Scan now button on your dashboard.
3. Fit score and expected value
Each notice is scored on keyword and sector overlap, country eligibility, contract value fit, and remaining time before the deadline. Every match shows the reasons behind its score, an estimated win probability, and an expected value that already subtracts your bid cost — so a low-value, low-fit tender is visibly not worth chasing.
4. AI bid brief
Open any opportunity to generate a bid brief: a bid/no-bid recommendation with confidence, your strengths against the requirement, the main risks, the documents and eligibility criteria to prepare, next steps, and a first draft of the proposal narrative.
5. Bid pipeline
Shortlist what looks promising, move it to bidding when you commit, and record the result. The pipeline shows open expected value, deadlines within the next seven days, and your win rate over time.
6. Security and privacy
Every company profile, match and brief is isolated per account with row-level database policies, so no customer can read another customer's data. Sensitive operations require a recent sign-in, and account deletion permanently removes your data.
